Introductory Order Guarantee Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the Onset Introductory Order guarantee, you must complete the following steps: 

1.  Complete the Onset Online Training Modules.

2.  Complete an Onset Training call (approximately 15 minutes) by contacting our Onset Specialist team at 877-336-6738, prompt #2.

3.  Complete a usage follow up call (approximately 5 minutes) by having the Doctor contact our Onset Specialist team at 877-336-6738, prompt #2.

The return request must be initiated within 120 days of the initial order shipment date.  If you complete the above and are not completely satisfied with Onset, Onpharma will refund the cost of the Introductory Order.
